• Led on a number of change project of varying sizes and complexity from large policy driven projects such as system implementation and team restructures to smaller pieces of work such as undertaking LEAN reviews of existing processes.• Planned and delivered an organisational capability uplift programme and regularly mentor and provide training to colleagues in change tools and techniques and assure their outputs.• Embedded a change framework to ensure consistency of approach and regularly measure organisational maturity against the recognised PROSCI model.• Line management of a Training Specialist and suppliers contracted in for specific projects.• Instrumental in the establishment of a Change Advisory Board to provide early sight of all change projects being undertaken across the organisation and provide advice and guidance on the most appropriate delivery mechanism.• Process mapping, analysis and improvement.
