Responsible for the development, integration, selection & administration of the Marketing Communications & Sales Tools utilized by FS-Elliott, reporting directly to the Manager of Global Marketing.Develop each Sales & Marketing communication platform to ensure consistent & cohesive branding of FS-Elliott’s products, and how they are offered to market via its Sales channels, leveraging the foundation of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Company Website & Epicor ERP. Directly managing the positions of Marketing Communications Specialist, and Sales Tools Administrator to support the overall marketing organization goals. Provide direction & support to the Product Marketing teams in how products & services are presented to market in outward Marketing Communications, as well as, the support of Digital Sales Tools utilized by the Field Sales & Marketing teams. Responsible for supporting the introduction & development of lead-generation & nurturing through the company website, CRM & (future) Marketing Automation software. Responsible for leading the development path of CRM (Salesforce) to incorporate the amalgamation of customer financial data within the system.Responsible for all budgets related to digital marketing programs.

Responsible for the overall leadership and for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to achieve growth for the product worldwide. Serves as the key marketing interface between the field, engineering, and operations to communicate product requirements and to ensure products meet market requirements. Collaborates with other product managers regarding overall FS-Elliott product management strategy.- Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the product line.- Develop intimate knowledge of global customer requirements and competitors, identify market trends and drivers, and develop a strategic marketing plan.- Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the products and commercial knowledge for conducting business in the global marketplace. This activity would include but not limited to face-to-face meetings with clients on specific projects and / or promotional discussions of the product / company at company headquarters, client facility or trade shows.- Manage the day to day sales and distribution support for the product line, providing support to direct reports or directly to the field sales organization if necessary.- Review specifications and provide technical, price, and commercial direction for customer inquiries.- Manage the order entry process for the product line. Identify and implement process improvements.- Maintain or manage the maintenance of marketing and sales tools and applications, including electronic proposal tools, price books, price build-ups, submittal documents, etc.- Provide input and content for the FS-Elliott website.- Hire, develop, coach, motivate, train and terminate direct reports.- Initiate and lead product development efforts for the product line.- Facilitate the development and growth of other group members.- Review competitors' products, analyze markets, and position FS-Elliott products to effectively compete in new markets.

Managing execution of engineered compressor orders including: -Customer Communications-Interpreting customer specifications-Purchasing critical non-standard materials-Special routing instructions-BOM-Technical manual verificationPreparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projectsMonitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsInteracting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
