I also work with many larger organisations adding capacity to their own HR teams, providing practical 'hands - on' solutions to a range of interventions, which includes:- Large scale recruitment and selection campaigns- Restructuring exercises- TUPE transfers- Discipline and grievance issues- Redundancies- Leadership and management programmesI continue to deliver a catalogue of in-house and open management development programmes that are either tailored to the clients specific needs and/or informed by external stakeholders where related to public funding e.g. Enhancement Fund. Through Customer First UK (the national standard for customer service), I am one of a team of practitioners with a licence to provide advisory and assessment services to organisations seeking accreditation to the standard. My assessment experience covers most industry sectors and includes several higher and further education establishments, a number of rail franchises, an international airport, community based social enterprises, accountancy firms and numerous business support organisations.

I work with an approved SFEDI Awards Centre to assess individuals who are providing business support or enterprise development and working towards the UK Standards Awarding Body benchmark qualifications.
