- Managed over 150 DG commercial solar PV projects from Washington D.C. to Maine: including ground mount, canopy / car port, and rooftop systems totaling more than 350 MW. Individual project sizes range between 200kW and 20MW, with a sweet spot between 5MW to 7MW.- Consult and support other teams / business units across Ameresco, specifically focused on national process development/rollout and large-scale procurement. Developed procurement & logistics process for safe harbor module procurements and ITC capture. - Aggregate and analyze large data sets to generate performance models, document and validate assumptions with external technical consultants and financial institutions to negotiating asset sales & acquisitions. - Manage projects in various stages simultaneously; areas of expertise include: development, financing, budgeting, permitting, design / engineering, interconnection, procurement, contracts, scheduling, client relations, subcontractor management, site management, process management, site training, commissioning and O&M. - Experience operating as both the on-site construction manager for a designated site, and as the project manager for two dozen sites under construction simultaneously.
