I am responsible for a department of 35 multi regional staff covering Configuration / Asset Management, Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Support Representatives and Logistic Information Systems, who support multiple Programmes via a matrix organisations, I am also responsible for all associated Processes and SW and innovative concept improvements to meet Customer needs.I am also the Project / Sustainment Delivery Manager for the Hercules Integrated Operational Support (HIOS) programme including Supply Chain Support staff, Logistic and Field Service Support staff. I am responsible for Implementing, Developing and Maintaining programme IT tools such as PLM, PDM and SharePoint data mining/dashboards via an IT development team which supports IT logistics requirements on numerous programmes including integration with Customer and Subcontractor toolsets. I am also LEAN/Six sigma Process Improvement Lead and, Internal/External Quality Auditor.I recently have been assigned an additional new responsibility to work with the business development department for identifying and progressing Business development opportunities in the area of sustainment, whilst identifying innovative solutions to meet customers ever increasing requirements for additional compatibility and functionality at the most effective cost solution.Management of a team of LISS professionals who provides business analysis support; specialised IT technical support to all logistics based applications and their integration with MOD/Industry partners IT systems; develops, design and deploy innovative continuous improvements such as system data integration and SharePoint sites for various LMUK IS departments; Provides training on MRO tools such as Gold, GoldEsp, SAP suite of applications etc; Implementation of Company IT infrastructure Business Improvements and the design and introduction of technical refreshes.

 Responsible for the management of change control to Design, Functional, Production and Support baselines, on a major defence contract. Responsible for the co-ordination and processing of class I and II changes from numerous subcontractors and Ministry of Defence. Provide support to both the Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Boards. Performing external audits of Configuration Control Departments. Performing internal Quality System Audits. Responsible for providing an interface between functional areas within the project. Acting as company focal point within a customer environment. Reporting status of Change Control to senior management both at company and client level. System Engineer for prime Stock and Tech records system used on the MSSAS programme.
