Alongside my Consultancy role at Seismic and through the Seismic partnership, I have taken up a part-time role with B Lab Europe in their Evaluation team. Acting as a gatekeeper to the B Corp Certification process, I will be evaluating assessments in order to determine eligibility before proceeding to the verification stage.

Lead on The Glenlivet single malt whisky, having previously worked across the Gin portfolio, Havana Club rum, Malibu, Kahlua and the Premium Wines portfolio.

Over my time at Chivas Brothers I was involved across most aspects of the global marketing team for Malts. This included NPD/Innovation projects such as market specific launches such as The Glenlivet Single Cask Editions and also our Global Travel Retail Exclusive, The Glenlivet Master Distiller's Reserve. As well as experience of digital/eCRM, content production (photography & film), budgets, internal communications, gifting and most recently managing Global Travel Retail.

Since its creation in 1975, Pernod Ricard has undergone steady development, founded on both organic growth and successive acquisitions. The purchase of the Swedish group V&S in July 2008 is the most recent sign of the Group’s worldwide ambitions. Building on its portfolio of Premium brands, its presence on every continent and its decentralised management structure, Pernod Ricard will continue to develop internationally.As one of 15 regional Account Development Executives (ADEs) I manage over 65 accounts across grocery and wholesale cash and carry; including Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons aswell as Bestway, located around the South Midlands area. In order to be successful in the role it is crucial I build strong and lasting relationships with prominent contacts within these accounts communicating upcoming promotional activity and new product launches. As well as this it is important to ensure Pernod Ricard brands are adequately stocked and displayed in store and off shelf promotional activity is compliant to drive rate of sale in these stores. Further to this, brand educations and analysis of Nielsen data enable me to communicate to contacts the importance of offering a premium up sell to customers.

My internship with HBO was as part of the UK DVD/Blu-ray marketing team for all titles released in the UK and Ireland. I assisted both the UK Marketing Director and UK Assistant Product Manager on a daily basis, helping the co-ordination of the key elements of the marketing mix including PR, advertising and promotions along side managing PR, Media and Digital agencies during campaigns. I was lead guardian of the HBOUK website, and Facebook pages. This was a daily responsibility ensuring engagement across the Facebook pages and driving traffic to the HBOUK website. A key role as lead guardian was to also produce a weekly Google Analytics report based on the website activity, which involved analysing website traffic flow, effectiveness of new media content and how to improve the effectiveness of the website in driving sales through to the HBO UK shop.
