Manage various aspects of Carter parts operations comprising of a $60M+ / 150K line item inventory of CAT products and other world class brands for a network of 30+ store locations. Responsibilities involve inventory analysis, procurement, forecasting, business initiatives, pricing, logistics, claims administration, industry KPI’s, compliance, training and financial reporting. Additionally, as an undercarriage solutions specialist I act as a sales manager liaison working closely with sales reps to provide technical expertise, go-to-market strategy, quotations, and sourcing for both steel and rubber undercarriage for all equipment brands. This skill set creates a thrill for winning deals over competitors in this extremely important market segment that represents 50% of a machine’s ownership cost. Responsible for management of Carter Exchange inventory of major components for CAT equipment. Expanded inventory investment and coverage from $7.5M to $11.5M to enhance customer satisfaction with machine uptime. Included acquisition, component tracking, rebuild process and financial performance.

Oversaw numerous corporate parts projects related to inventory management, along with the development and implementation of new initiatives, processes, SOP documentation and timelines.

Managed all aspects of the Allied Products inventory world with 200+ vendors. Assisted store personnel across the company with their construction, power generation, lift, mining, truck and paving Allied Products needs.
