I have worked in the construction industry for 30+ years; Initially doing an apprenticeship in Landscaping, to moving onto running my own landscape company and then diversifying with a business partner into building refurbishment successfully for many years. Having worked for many clients such as T H Kenyon plc ,BAA Gatwick Engineering, Allman & sons, Withers underpinning etc providing refurbishment and construction services across the south east including all of the Fire Stopping works within Gatwick Airport; I eventually sold my share of the company and took some time out with my family.Then I joined Exel construction where I was mainly building luxury private houses in and around the Wimbledon, Richmond, & central London areas.I have been involved with some social housing projects for the company, but have mainly been managing the High end properties with build cost ranging from £1 / £10Million due to my abilities to get works done to an exceptionally high standard &, on or ahead of time and within budget.I then went into work for Beechcroft developments LTD for two years, successfully completing the conversion of a 16 century mill at Hampton court and a new build block of six apartments.Following on from there I moved to JSP construction where I had overall control of a 14000 sq ft new build house in Kingswood Surrey, & also assisted in bringing in two blocks of student accommodation in Brighton. Following the successful handover of this project, I went on to build out 20 flats within two blocks for Turnbull ltd. This project was brought in on time, but unfortunately another project was not available to move ontoAfter this project I took some time out to develop a house I purchased for my daughter, & then took a senior site managers role at ReSol where I successfully completed the construction of a block of 78 residential flats with 3 commercial units below. Unfortunately no other projects were ready to start and so I took a Site manager position with Kind and Co ltd where I brought in on time, 18 units consisting of 15 flats and three town houses over four blocks with new roadway and landscaped grounds.My latest project is a Ten story tower made up of two floors of offices and 61 flats in Bromley for ARJ Construction Ltd acting as Senior site manger Value Circ 19 million I have exceptional man management skills and enjoy building a team around a project to ensure everyone is working to their full potential
