Overseeing wells/Xmas trees cutover of all instrumentation to digital Delta V system

Responsible for installation of new Local Equipment Room for migration of all ICSS,ESD and F&G systems on the platform to change from analogue to digital, also in charge of new ALQ Hook up. Other responsibilities include permitry and Level 2 risk assessment procedures, Work pack close out as per Talisman Go Completions QA/QC standards. Man management - Assessing competencies and training of work force. Raising EQ`s and liaising with Project. Engineers. Performing TBT audits and Permit audits. Hook up of all systems and weekly plan permit creator on new BLP Platform

Over the last two years we initially installed a Totco Block Control monitoring system on the Forties Alpha. As this workpack passed Lloyds certification first time we were invited in to Apache North Sea Ltd where we were awarded the contracts for Bravo, Charlie and Delta. After successful completion of these we then installed a Totco (NOV) Drilling Instrumentation system which replaced the old Rigserv system.We have attended the QEDI guidance on certification course (GOC) for competently signing off Workpack Scopes.Haz Areas Equipment inspected and EX Certification and QA/QC and Mechanical Completions certs carried out to Client standards All these workscopes were carried out personally by a two man team . As is the case on many installations these days as bed space was at a premium due to other ongoing projects.During this time we surveyed the jobs for materials, dealt with procurement dept, were focal points and work force, giving a complete package. We also attended regular squak box meetings offshore with senior Apache/Seawell management onshore.We are registered vendors for Apache, Seawell and MD Totco (NOV) whom we have a good working relationship with.
