• Creates and sustains an evolving and aligned vision for project management, people analytics, and HR technology for the NAFTA region. Coordinates efforts globally to support and evolve this vision.

• Leads and guides the major Business Support functions of Process Improvement, Analytics & Reporting, and Project Management.
• Develops and maintains strategic oversight to ensure the HRMS tool is configured to maximize the value of the tool and supports a lean organization.
• Promotes proactive and innovative approaches to using technology to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems and capabilities with customers.
