• Creates and sustains an evolving and aligned vision for project management, people analytics, and HR technology for the NAFTA region. Coordinates efforts globally to support and evolve this vision.• Creates the HR technology strategy & vision and sources new technologies to streamline/improve current processes for the NAFTA region. Maintains the technology strategy using a governance structure for NAFTA that aligns with both Global Business Support and HRIT functions.• Oversees and governs the project methodology and resource allocation strategy. Ensures project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Calibrates and prioritizes NAFTA HR projects to the HR strategy based on highest ROI or internal values.• Leads and guides the major Business Support functions of Process Improvement, Analytics & Reporting, and Project Management. • Develops and maintains strategic oversight to ensure the HRMS tool is configured to maximize the value of the tool and supports a lean organization. • Promotes proactive and innovative approaches to using technology to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems and capabilities with customers.• Facilitates effective collaboration with the HRIT organization related to project prioritization, technology guidelines, protocols, and governance with third-party service providers.• Develops conceptual, strategic, and holistic reengineering and design of HR functions and processes in alignment with our HR governance structure and HR operating model.• Drives continuous improvement and collaborative mindset and initiatives across the HR Function globally.

• Responsible for execution of the overall HR technology vision by challenging the organization to minimize manual processes and leverage automation using system or process improvements• Key liaison between HR IT organization ensuring prioritization and centralizing HR requirement gathering• Provide HRIS leadership by supporting the HR application(s) and serving as the resident expert with regard to system navigation, related processes and data and their relationships to other data.
