Responsible for the running of a very busy Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess within an extremely busy Military station consisting of one main unit and elements of three other units.Responsible for the Management of all Health and Safety, First aid and Fire Safety issues within the Mess, in line with Sodexo, Military and Government policies.Head up a team of 16 personnel in a number of areas including Hospitality, catering and Facilities management.Responsible for staff recruitment, training and development.Telecommunications and Fibre Optics (Civilian)Worked as a member of a small team to deliver the DATA & WIFI infrastructure within a new emergency hospital in Northumberland. Worked from the start of the project to completion. Consultancy (Military)Worked as part of a team of SME's put together to oversee, advise and train Reserve Units in Northern Ireland and Scotland prior to the roll out of a new military Procurement system.Continued as part of the same team acting as a focal point, troubleshooting and floor walking until all Units were happy to moved forward alone.Acted as a focal point for senior Officer's, giving advice on all technical and logistical matters.

Selected to act as a focal point for technical store management, to give advice and practical assistance on all aspects of supply chain management for logistic support including accounting systems.Managed and controlled Sub Unit and Regimental accounts including, accommodation accounts, technical specialised stores and the receipt and issue of all products held on account.Responsible for the Procurement, Maintenance and Safe Storage of equipment and resources with a value in excess of £40 million Project Management (Military)Reviewed inventory control systems and established new procedures which enabled support to high intensity operations and met high levels of short term demand by the use of intelligent provisioning.Developed and controlled a safe working environment in accordance with current Health and Safety Legislation and Commanding Officer's SHEF Plan.Organised the planning and initiation of auditable checks within a workforce of 100 plus personnel.; I have served 23 Years with the Royal Artillery in HM Forces (Army) reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant. I have worked in some of the most pressurised situations which have given me the opportunity to work alongside many nationalities worldwide. I left the Army in July 2015 and have been working for Sodexo as a Mess Manager since then.
