Manage the Payroll Tax team that consists of 2 Payroll Tax Analysts and 2 Payroll Tax Coordinaters. Responsible for all Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Federal, State, and Local Tax filings. Responsible for Quarterly CPEO and Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) testing with outside CPA. Work with internal teams to maintain IRS CPEO status and state licensing. Responsible for Federal, State, Local W-2 Filing and accuracy. Also responsible for 1099 filing. Process any amendments to tax returns or W-2's.

Responsible for making daily tax payments to all federal, state, and local agencies. Import and post daily tax files from payroll system to Mastertax. Responsible for filling monthly, quarterly, and annual federal, state, and local tax returns. Reconcile all federal, state, and local tax returns quarterly. File all federal, state, and local W-2's annually.

Responsible for preparing tax payments to Federal, State, and Local tax agencies. Responsible for filing quarterly tax returns for Federal, State, and Local agencies. Research and respond to agency notices. Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and guidelines.

Responsible for preparing and depositing federal and state withholding taxes. Responsible for balancing company Tax and Direct Deposit bank account. Prepare Daily ACH files to send to the bank that include all of the current day tax, direct deposit, and billing transactions. Responsible for filing all of our client's quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns.
