KTMB - Sentul - Batu Caves line - AFC system (2010)Project Scale - Running on Magnetic based ticket. Involved 5 new and existing station particularly involved 14x TVMs, 40 lanes of ACGs and 10x TIM3. ERL - KLIA Express - AFC system (2013)Project Scale - Running on Mifare Plus based ticket. Involved 5 new and existing station particularly involved 65 lanes of ACGs and 30x TIM4. Car Park Management System (2014)- Involved 15 fully customised APMs (Auto Pay Machine) and 12x of Enter & Exit lanes.5. Touch N Go - Self Service Reload Kiosk integration with TnGo backend system (2014 & 2015)Project scale - 15x Kiosk involved TnGo backend reload integration 6. MPSJ - Self Service Bill Payment Kiosk integration with local council backend system (2015 & 2016) - 10x Kiosk involved MPSJ backend billing integration7. TGV - Self Service Ticketing Kiosk integration with cinema backend system (Vista) (2015) - 30x Cashless Ticketing Kiosk (Klang Valley and Johor)8. TGV - Self Service Ticketing Kiosk integration with cinema backend system (Vista) (2016-17) - Additional 30x Cash and Cashless Ticketing Kiosk (Klang Valley)9. Car park Management System (2016 - 2017)- Involved 13 fully customised APMs and 20x of Enter & Exit lanes.10. Jabatan Laut Malaysia - AFC Autogate System- 24 lanes of Autogate for both Langkawi & Kuala Perlis terminal where involved managing of installation, commissioning and integration of existing backend system.

For all the projects that I have been involved and been through, I had the challenges of facing various level of project stakeholders, top till bottom, internal and external. Having the problem solved and project delivered is always my first aim during the work. With 13 years of experience in the industry and project dealing period, I have been involved and managed for more than 10 projects across different business industry and field. Where the way of project stakeholders doing thing and expectation were hugely varied from one to another and from one industry to another.The more challenging part as per my project completed as compared to pure software development was there were more project stakeholders to deal with, especially construction and electrical group of personnel where site work and installation were required for my projects. Managing expectation and project delivery schedule and conditions were to be ensured before any project can be delivered and commissioned as per the stakeholder satisfaction and expectation and project requirement.Nevertheless, managing the supplier and sub-contractor required completely different skillset as compare to managing the client or project internal stakeholders. These are the summary of experience gained and challenges accepted and dealt for the past 13 years. The usual final goal of mine as project manager, "Problem Resolved and Project Delivered within the acceptable range of client expectation". And believe me there is no one single project which has no issues and hiccups and potential delays in it, it truly depends on how you manage and get it done. That's it.

During the early year of Longbow Technologies Sdn Bhd, year 2003 till 2007, I worked as system analyst for all IT projects that have been awarded to Longbow Technologies Sdn Bhd which included the projects as below:- Integrated Point Of Sales system across 13 branches in Sabah & Sarawak and HQ at Kuala Lumpur. Client name is Ngiu Kee Berhad.- Integrated Patient Management System across 11 branches in Peninsular Malaysia.Client name is NKFAnd few other semi-sized Software project.The projects above besides acted as System Analyst, I was in charged in client handling, implementation, installation and also after sales support during the DLP period.
