Accomplishments:Joined ITT as TianJin Area IS Manager in 2004; Implemented ERP system in one of the Tianjin sites, managed a team size around 20 employees to finalize system flow, and standardize user procedures; Promoted to IS manager Northern China in 2005, in charge of 3 factories in NanTong and TianJin; Further promoted to IT Manager Asia in 2007, in charge of all Asian Switches sites; As project leader, implemented EAM system (Enterprise Asset Management) in three sites (Tianjin, Nantong and Xiamen) in 2007; Led IT Asia team to migrate IT infrastructure from ITT to CoACTIVE from 2007 to 2008; As M&A team member, performed M&A due diligence in IT Field in 2010. Led ERP implementation in the new acquired site during April 2011 to July 2011; Managing helpdesk team for worldwide IT operation.
