Mike focuses on nurturing key partnerships with insurance carriers and solidifying TIP’s position as a top-tier wholesale distributor and collaborative partner for insurance and retirement firms nationwide. Having spent 26 years in the industry, half of Mike’s career was spent on the insurance carrier side of the business. Before founding TIP, he was with a Fortune 100 company leading distribution and support teams for the central and west regions. Mike is a proud Fellow of the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program. Additionally, he has served on several industry Advisory Boards providing guidance and feedback on new product and distribution development for the insurance industry.
