Mike graduated from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2004 with a degree in biology. But his first love is advertising. So upon graduation, he pursued his ambition. He started his career in advertising at CTWCM in 2004 as a copywriter, working on a range of blue chip businesses such as HSBC, MaBelle, Carlsberg and SHK Properties. A year later, he joined Ogilvy where he worked on Lucozade, Panadol and Hong Kong Disneyland amongst others.In October 2007, Mike joined M&C Saatchi, producing work for Hong Kong Broadband Network, KFC, City Of Dreams and UA Finance. During his two years with M&C Saatchi (2007 and 2008), Mike’s works earned significant recognitions from Kam Fan and LongXi Awards.Mike joined TBWA\ in 2010 as Senior Copywriter on several international brands such as Levi’s, Adidas, Apple and Standard Chartered Bank. In 2011, he worked his way up to Associate Creative Director and made a great success in Levi’s campaign which earned himself the first Grand Effie and other creative awards at the International Young Gun, Asia Adfest, LongXi and KamFan Advertising Awards.After 3 years, he continued his creative lead role and was promoted to Creative Director in 2014. He believes integrated creative is the future trend of advertising. His creative skills apply to a variety of accounts, such as AIA, One2free, American Eagle Outfitters, Aids Concern and HK Science Park.
