Current- I am the Estimator for the Restoration Division of Centex in DFW. I know how to use Xactimate software and Encircle on Job sites. -Attention to Detail: Estimating accurately requires the ability to assess damage in detail, consider potential hidden issues, and account for all materials and labor needed to restore the property.-Time Management: Balancing multiple estimates and managing your time effectively is crucial to ensure that every job stays on schedule and within budget.-Knowledge of Restoration Techniques: Your role demands an understanding of specialized restoration techniques, particularly for biohazards and water damage, as well as how to address those issues while staying within regulatory and safety standards.Also, talk with customers to further my experience in mitigation and restoration. - Centex does multi-family, commercial, or residential.
