Built, led and scaled the direct to consumer arm known as the Apollo Agency.Responsible for scaling the Agency from $0 to $10M in Gross Written Premium, 35,000 customers and built a team of 25 employees.Responsible for reporting KPI’s and GWP to the C-Suite and entire organization. Hiring and managing the team, while capacity planning and compensation modeling.Managed projects with key stakeholders, ranging from the products, marketing, finance, development and support teams. Mapped enhancements to the platform and products including a client portal, automating endorsements, cancellations, payments, and implementation of Auto-Renewals. Nurtured customer base, improving customer satisfaction and Retention ratios.

Owned and operated a Franchise in the Winnipeg area for 2 years (8 summer months). My role was to designing and implementing marketing programs, coordinating recruiting efforts and selection of painters, management of staff/crew members, being in charge of various production related roles, organizing bi-weekly payrolls, other administrative functions and client relations.At my time with Student Works Painting I was responsible for employing over 20 employees with about $100,000 in production.
