The CISM Team is a group who helps emergency personnel deal with the most stressful aspects and occurrences of their occupations.  Available for call-outs for their needs, or the needs of the community. Attend bi-monthly training on CISM related topics.

It all started by seeking to give gratitude to Police Officers or Firefighters in my area who were working on the holidays. It has now evolved into so much more.What I do: Contact over 700 Police/Fire Departments on holidays with encouragement and tips. Ride-alongs with police officers. Make hospital calls. Attend visitation/funerals. Attend fund-raising events. Speak out about Public Safety issues in my blog. Perform welfare checks on Law Enforcement, EMS and Fire personnel in local disaster areas. Available for counseling (formal or informal) for Law Enforcement, EMS and Fire personnel and their families. Contact departments that experience a "line of duty" death and offer condolences and support. Registered member of the Ohio Responds Volunteer Registry. Registered at the Public Health Foundation's TrainNational training website. Created and administered Facebook support pages for departments. Organized a community rally for a local police agency.

 Minimize resolution cycle time for callers through use of knowledge base and other tools available to agent by utilize ACD and HEAT/Service Center/ServiceNow systems within designated guidelines to provide accurate data and timely resolutions to issues employees and affiliates.  Appropriately uses the Service Desk Break/Fix process to resolve issues for employees and affiliates relating to the Byte loan database, ACT contact database, general MS Access questions, TMO Loan Origination system, and the new imPACT Loan origination System.  Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of Outlook, Office, and Internet Explorer issues. Assisted in pre-release testing of Byte and TMO. Served as a Point of Sale and Byte Specialist. Responsible for troubleshooting mortgage loan issues and assisted in support of new loan officers. Performed daily and monthly agent metrics, call ticket accuracy application and other on-demand reporting for over one year. Participated on the Byte to imPACT conversion, as well as the National City Mortgage to PNC integration. Assist employees with issues and errors on PNC Mortgage loans.  Business Apps specialist, advising on Mortgage applications such as LSS. Advise newer agents on questions that arise on their calls. Document common issues and workarounds with various supported applications. Participate on conference calls during pilot phases of applications. Assisted in developing documentation and with transition from in-house incident tracking tool to ServiceNow.

 Diagnosed and resolved problems with single and multi-user systems using maintenance tools and problem solving skills via phone call, WebStar tickets and Web ticket submissions Was a member of the transition team from C-Star to WebStar, converting a desktop-based tool to an intranet-based application, saving the company money on desktop-based license fees.  Applied ASP and SQL understanding to make continuous improvement of department tools and resources. Created ASP forms for the help desk and other departments to use to allow easy interface into Webstar. Demonstrated a propensity to take ownership of critical business and technical issues to develop processes or applications to enhance the group's ability to achieve its goals. Demonstrated initiative to quickly perform crisis management for situations affecting multiple customers. Created numerous ASP pages, SQL tables, stored procedures and scheduled tasks for Administrative tools for the Webstar application.

 Discharged Honorably in 1999 from the United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH as a SrA (E4). Maintained a Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and NATO access (inactive since Nov 1998). Air Force Achievement Medal Air Force Organizational Excellence Award, 1997 Air Force Good Conduct Medal, 1998 Two employee of the quarter awards (1998) Served as SSO Communications Center Security Officer, ensuring that classified materials were not compromised and all security practices were followed. Worked with AUTODIN, and the Classified Internet.
