Architected and built the first third party integration. This integration with Streamlabs allows creators to have contribution alerts shown directly on their streams. Allowing creators to easily have their sales counted for billboard and other music charting; previously a laborious task but required for music sales. Developed a new process for tracking and handing off manual store creation work between development and creator managers. This process allowed for better tracking of work and created accountability through transparency. Helped shape new on boarding process ideas adopted included: introduction presentation by each group in the company, history of the company and scheduled meetings with your team.
