Arrive on time at my sales appointments to then meet with clients and have them walk me through the closet(s) to which they want to have me design a closet to fit their needs, wants, and budget. First, need, then, wants, and finally fit and negotiate with them and my Sales Manager to find the budget that fits it all.I loved the company, the people, and the work; but my wife and I decided to move to Sugar Land, Texas in November of 2023. So I resigned from my position.

Hired to help solve the shipping, management, organization, storage, kitting, and receiving issues in the shipping and receiving department (undercover) by the purchasing manager. The team pitched to the COO and Department Heads which improved the company systems of storage and lowered loss of productivity and materials.I work closely with the shipping supervisor and the assistant shipping supervisor to implement new strategies to improve shipping, tracking, handling of parts and inventory. Being the only one in shipping that is "on contract" the proposal for department improvement was delivered by the current shipping supervisory staff. Since the implementation of the proposed strategy, we have seen and improvement in profit by 5% (for the lack of misplacement or damaged products). Accountability strategies holding people who put their name or product that comes into/through their departments have improved production and organization of inventory by 21%. I am also one of the go-to seekers for finding high-ticket parts because the team in place has yet to prove itself in managing and handling inventory. When a part is hot and a high ticket, I am called to find it. I have an 82.3% rate of success in tracking, seeking, and finding said parts, because of the protocols that I helped put in place for the proposed pitch mentioned earlier.
