I am a Doctor, Behavioural Neuroscientist, Psychologist and Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Replikate.AI. We are revolutionising the way we interact with technology by combining the latest advancements in EEG (electroencephalogram), neuroscience, AI and deep learning technology. We specialise in Neuroscience-based interventions, training and resources for elite sports. I am also the founder of Actualise, Ireland foremost Neuroscience-led Psychology Clinic, working with global corporate teams, provincial and international athletes, pilots, surgeons, musicians and management teams. Using Neuroscience education, brain imaging and interactive neurotechnologies, I enable the fostering of a greater understanding and appreciation of the most important organ in the human body! I am also Co-Founder of an online teaching and CPD platform Actualise Academy (www.actualiseacademy.com) Alongside my clinical and academic work, I am an experienced speaker in the area of Neuroscience, delivering talks across Europe, USA and Asia covering a range of topics related to Neuroscience and wellbeing, leadership, stress and peak performance. I also serve as Neuroscience Consultant to a number of groups and companies, including the recent chart-topping podcast by Niall Breslin, ‘Where is My Mind’. My main passion is in sharing my understanding of brain mechanisms in order to equip people to live, work and relate more effectively. Our brain has evolved over millions of years into a finely-tuned supercomputer, but it is not built to deal with the demands of modern society. Appreciating how our brains work, and how daily demands overwhelm its capacity, is a huge step towards resilience and wellbeing.
