I am a higher education administrator, training manager, and non-profit leader with 15+ years of experience serving in various leadership roles for liberal arts colleges, government agencies, and the North Carolina Community College System, advocating for academic programs and support services for first-generation students, adult learners, and veterans. I have taught numerous undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, ethics, career development, communication, human resources, and business. My academic research interests are focused on leadership theory, adult learning, and academic achievement. I served in the United States Air Force as a Morse Systems Operator for the Signals Intelligence Squadron. During my enlistment, I worked at the National Security Agency and the American-Japanese Joint Task Force. I have completed a MBA in Business Administration, Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Additionally, I have completed numerous professional development certificate programs.
