I have 19 years experience in the Financial Industry working within the Banking sector across a range of sectors including Retail, SME, Mid Markets, Global Transaction Banking and Delivery. I am recently qualified and accredited in Green Belt and Lean Basics. Responsible for managing and leading projects. My current role involves leading on Insight for the Commercial Bank across our Business, Commercial Product segment. This includes designing, managing and implementing client feedback projects and analysing the client feedback across a number of programmes and broad range of products which include, Lending, Trade, Liquidity, FX, Rates, Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Payments and Cardnet.I relish working in challenging environments and love nothing more than working with driven individuals to form successful teams.
