Device Tech Lead for the Google Clips - the world's first machine intelligent camera. I brought my interdisciplinary approach and skillset to Google to bring this groundbreaking and first-of-its-kind product from very early concept to market. Clips is the first implementation of on-device machine intelligence - no internet connection is required to perform face recognition and other image recognition tasks, a key enabler for the automatically curated photography market. Over my tenure on the project, I also managed hardware, PD/ME, systems engineering, and Program Management teams.After shipping the Clips, I transitioned to the Home team as Systems Engineering Lead for the TV & Streaming Group (Chromecast and derivatives). I managed the EE and Systems teams to ship the 2018 Chromecast (60FPS and support for Google Stadia), and managed Concept and Architecture phases of what became Google TV (2020). Started and maintained the Google Hardware Co Op program as my 20% project.
