My role saw me raising sponsorship to fund the music festival, briefing graphic designers, securing venues and implementing all promotions and advertising schedules. At the JJS Music Festival I had the following successes: • I built the JJS Brand to become the largest Christian music festival in South Africa.• Raised sponsorship every year to cover all marketing expenses to the music festival.• I was as promoted to run the entire event in 2007 while the event organiser was in the UK for a year.• Created and executed an extension project to the music festival called ‘Urban Nights’ which took the music festival into five cities around South Africa.
