Effective August 1, 2023, Mike Avoledo has taken on a new role on the Customer Support team as District Service Manager. In his new role, he will provide technical direction and guidance for assigned dealers, ensuring effective service operations and support of customer satisfaction initiatives. Mike has worked as a Bilingual Warranty Analyst for the past 3 years and is a Mitsubishi Diamond Certified Technician. In addition to performing his regular duties, Mike has facilitated training sessions on MMSCAN's warranty process to dealership staff in both English and French which has prepared him for his new challenge as a Bilingual Technical Specialist/Trainer.
