As my resume indicates, I possess 17 years of experience in the drafting field. My professional history includes positions such as Electrical Designer at Aronson Security Group as well as CADD Drafter at Poggemeyer Design Group.Most recently as CAD Detailer at Five Star Industries, I am responsible for creating shop drawings for architectural metal fabrication and exposed structural steel projects based on architectural and structural plans.I have also been responsible for all the drafting of the construction documents from the foundation to the roofing plan and any needed details. I have worked on many other projects involving drafting details for post-tensioned slabs, retaining walls, bridge columns, and concrete walls reinforced with rebar.In my work in drafting plans and details, I always strive to be thorough and accurate. I have a great attention to detail, and have not been hesitant to clarify specifics to make sure the client receives the most accurate product possible. I love the challenge of learning new things and have the commitment it takes to get the job done. When deadlines loom, I will do what it takes to get the job out the door on time including working longer hours if necessary.
