I created test plans, executed test scripts, and compiled test analysis reports for the various systems within REAC that I tested.

Tested the Web-based, enterprise tool called myMicros. Maintained a testing lab for both Windows-based and AIX-based networks. Assisted IT Support Teams from large clients in testing customized features. Also assisted them in developing troubleshooting techniques when fielding calls for assistance from their respective users.
