Global responsibility for Procurement Strategy, Sustainability, Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity, Process Excellence, Data Analytics & Reporting, Supplier Development & Performance Management, and Compliance.

Responsible for the Supplier Quality activities across the Pharma Services Group. Responsibilities include supplier compliance auditing, supplier performance management, supplier change control, global logistics, and third-party depots.

Responsible for systems development and maintenance, process excellence and the management of high risk suppliers. Includes KPI monitoring to identify poor performance within the supply chain, resulting in the development and management of actions plans focused on improving supplier performance.

Responsible for ensuring process excellence in the management and development of direct material suppliers. Includes responsibility for improving performance across the top 5-10 highest risk suppliers within the direct material space.

Responsible for procurement activities (Supplier identification, request for information/proposals and collaboration with category leaders/experts) to support effective execution of category strategies. Develop and execute procurement strategies that maximize opportunities to leverage spend, improve quality, optimize cost and reduce risk to network supply base.

Responsible for ensuring all equipment manufacturing activities comply with regulations and ensure finished product meets the design intent. Develop and implement Quality Systems to ensure company compliance against regulations.

Organize and lead activities to improve the quality and delivery of supplied product. Managed a supplier transition project to improve quality and delivery while reducing the overall cost of the product.

Designed, developed and implemented supplier scorecard software for Supplier Quality to monitor supplier metrics, rank supplier performance and assist in supplier selection and approval efforts. Led the implementation of the scorecard software accross global locations and multiple business units. Qualified suppliers for certification in order to eliminate internal inspection and improve supplier performance.
