Micron sensitive adjustment.• Design of vibration isolation solutions for sensitive opto-electrical sub-assemblies.• Design of enclosures to ensure local environmental control of enclosures to various specified conditions.• Design of enclosure packages to withstand high temperature environments (500°C+) maintaining IP66 ratings for IECEx hazardous location rated products (class 1 zone 2- Exd IIc t5 GC)• Experience with anodic coatings to MIL-A-8625• Experience using various materials in designs with differing CTE’s and thermal conductivity (6061-t6 al, Macor, Incoloy 800HT, Inconel, various stainless steels and carbon steels, fused silica, Kalrez, polycarbonate, PLA, nylon 66)• Design and fabrication of specific coating fixturing to facilitate thin film coating of fiber optic wafer packages.• Design of advanced UV cured epoxy liquid pinned opto-mechanical systems.• Design and implementation of highly toleranced coating tooling and fixturing to solve a supplier vacuum deposition coating issue on sensitive optical lens assemblies.
