• Managed the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems in a plating shop to produce parts which consistently and reliability meet customer specifications and expectations. • Managed the electroless nickel production lines, performed all cycle development work, and specified or developed the best process to meet and exceed customer expectations. • Managed a staff of twelve.

• Hired as a manufacturing quality technician, within six months promoted to Research and Development, where I focused on developing processes for aluminum pretreatment and plating aluminum memory discs.• Within a year was managing a nine state sales territory.

Duties included the extraction, concentration, identification and quantification of various types of dioxins. Performed analysis on all organic samples, including plant, animal, and human samples.
