Consistently achieving safety results with less than 0.2 AIFR for the past 3 years. o Enhancing asset management planning and delivery structure focused on risk management, planning, and continuous improvement. Achieving an average 5%/yr improvement in reliability and operating and capital maintenance costs improvements that offset inflation. o Leading employee culture and engagement through targeted leader development and team building delivering engagement scores above Canadian average at 80% for multiple years.o Defined and implemented operational risk management governance framework for key public safety aspects focused on wildfire, line clearance and pipeline electrical interference risks. o Manage compliance processes as part of accountability to ensure compliance to ISO rules including reliability and security standards. o Witness multiple General Tariff Applications successfully defending revenue requirement for operating and capital maintenance activities.

Included completion of first of kind 500kV HVDC link operation within the Alberta grid with over 99% uptime in third year of operation. o Led employee culture and engagement through targeted leader development and team building delivering engagement scores above Canadian average at 80% for 6 consecutive years.o Assessed grid resilience and technology implications to future business strategy in collaboration with Berkshire Hathaway Energy peers to better position AltaLink for the future.o Oversaw implementation of customer service improvements with 70 directly connected AltaLink customers that improved satisfaction ratings from 70 to a sustained 90% in 3 years. o Implemented compliance frameworks and processes at AltaLink. o Witness for 4 consecutive General Tariff Applications with the Alberta Utilities Commission successfully defending revenue requirement for operating and maintenance.
