Senior Digital Project ManagerSix12 Creative Marketing Solutions May 2010 - Apr 2015New Westminster, British Columbia, CaDuring this time I worked closely with senior leadership to establish the idea that in order to be a successful digital agency, we had to be more than just another web development shop. Starting with the launch of our first on-line promotional game for Mac's Convenience Stores (a pirate themed multi-player take on the popular board game: Battleship), I began to lead SIX12 towards specializations in contests, gamification, and customer experience. The contests and promotions we built created opportunities to embed data-driven insights. Using POS integration and store specific tracking, we developed algorithms to report on individual store execution, providing valuable insights to management teams. I became responsible for all aspects of large, technically complex projects and campaigns. Projects include multiplayer promotional games, contests with prize pools in excess of $1 Million, community websites with 250,000+ users, and custom retail business solutions.

While I wasn't specifically brought on to develop the web and digital side of the business, this was a clear opportunity and I began to push SIX12 to take on more challenging digital projects, pitching them to clients and leading their successful completion.
