As former CEO of the Willis North American Benefits Practice and President of Allstate Business Insurance, I've been honored to serve in both the Benefits and Property Casualty sectors. I've had the opportunity to work with incredible teams to modernize platforms and propositions while improving profitability and growth. I began my career on the carrier side of the business proudly working for MetLife which later became United Healthcare. I was fortunate to learn the business from the ground up focusing on product development, distribution and underwriting - ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales in our Arizona health plan.
