Over the course of my career, I've been fortunate to have been able to work in a variety of industries. This diversity has provided me with a foundational appreciation for developing a wide breadth of knowledge and reasonable depth to compliment it.At my core, I'm naturally curious and a life-long learner. An entrepreneurial spirit that works best when hands-on and in-the-trenches. I despise being stagnant or unchallenged and that drive shows in everything I do. My personal life is not exempt from this thinking either. I designed, modeled and built a car in my garage. Why? Because it was something I felt would be both challenging and fun. My professional strengths center around providing strategic thought leadership, developing unique and effective solutions and instituting change; whether that be technological, operational or cultural. I have high expectations of myself and of others. I challenge people to deliver results and strive to build products that haven't been built before. I encourage people to work outside of their comfort zones, to grow, and expand their thinking. I believe in work environments that fully utilize cross-functional and diverse teams where the staff is encouraged to make decisions while intrinsically knowing what is in the best interests of the company.So that's me in a nutshell.
