Grounded in personal experience leading companies, consulting work focuses on leadership and management of people (not things!) through which all problems are solved. Together with clients, I:• Facilitate monthly leadership team meetings with training on an aspect of leadership that is immediately actionable. Curriculum topics and their sequence are driven by 1to1 monthly meetings with the leadership team, where we identify leadership problems-to-solve. • Conduct 1to1 monthly coaching meetings with leadership team members, where each leader (a) reviews how it went when they practiced the leadership concept introduced in the team meeting; (b) analyze the results of their practice; (c) identify what will increase their effectiveness with reference to an executive coaching model; and (d) decide on how to adjust behaviors, go out and try again, and get superior results.Consulting engagements have included multi-national firms and privately-held companies, leveraging real world experience and award-winning B-School teaching from the Center for Leadership at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
