Generated Non-Tradtional revenue by increasing the ad inventory of interactive products such as websites, online streaming, and unique client specific interactive concepts. Work on enhancing our offering to clients by incorporating interactive elements, and grew the department over 200% each year that I held this position.

Promotions direction at WXPK, 107.1 The Peak was a tricky job as we were still a brand new start-up station. While creating many of the processes and structure that the position would be responsible for, I was often called to handle tasks that were beyond the role. Crafting it in to a Promotions direction, marketing manager, event planning stew of responsibility. The core of the job was creating and developing new and innovative ways to enhance the onsite promotions for clients, increase value in ad spends by adding promotional elements, and generating more revenue through station events. Managing the promotional staff, products, give-a-ways, contests, etc.

Myself and my team of 3 other employees handled the launching, integration and management of the PaperVue product, while implementing new clients and products and managing an overseas office.
