The web site was originally designed to provide new construction sales agents with resources that would help make their jobs easier and in return feed our real estate practice with referral business. It now also serves as our practices web presence. We look for huge sales results going forward. As of October 2008, I have again been asked to lead the sales efforts at Joseph Douglas Homes along with co-ownership and management duties at New Homes Wisconsin, LLC and Realty Executives, Northwest. MHYC has events monthly, year round. Events include group raft-offs, spring & fall open houses, day & overnight trips to other Lake Michigan locations, inland boating trip to Oshkosh, group seminars, dinners, holiday parties and our largest endeavor, running the Louie's Last Regatta Powerboat Poker Run to benefit Children's Hospital.
