I am a CPA, Independent Board Member and a retired audit partner (Grant Thornton) with 40+ years professional experience including public accounting, board/audit committee and multiple leadership positions. I was recently appointed as an Independent Board Member for NSP Management Services of Long Island, Inc. (an ESOP Company linked to a prestigious medical practice). I serve on the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of Jewish Family Services (Middlesex), a not-for-profit social services organization. I previously served as a board member and Audit Committee Chair for the following: Westcon Group (a large reseller of networking gear) and Bradley Pharmaceuticals (a NYSE specialty pharma company); and as Audit Committee Chair for a NY based private equity group. I served as Board member and Treasurer for the Young Israel of East Brunswick. I was part time lecturer at the Rutgers Business School (September 2017). Currently I am open to exploring other appropriate Board of Directors opportunities. Specialties include: ESOPs, REITs/other real estate, financial services including private equity, pharmaceuticals, fin-tech, and other technology businesses.I have significant experience with acquisitions, capital raising (public and private), complex structures and transactions, internal controls and governance matters.
