I am the Director of Marketing and Media for the Golfi Team, the number one REMAX team in Canada led by the esteemed Rob Golfi. With a team of six talented professionals, I oversee and create graphics, social media, advertising, photography and video, and internal collateral for the team, as well as take part in event planning.As a leader, I prioritize teamwork, communication, and creativity. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone's ideas are heard and valued. I lead by example, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in both my own work and in the work of my team. I believe that through strong leadership, we can achieve success after success.During my 4 years with the Golfi Team, I have spearheaded many new initiatives that have helped push our department and team to new levels. I am proud to have recently been awarded Media Member of the Year, Department of the Year, and the most prestigious award that exemplifies all core values and what it truly means to be part of The Golfi Team.My passion for design and leadership is evident in everything I do.
