Monitor Collector & Monitor Updater Applications.Developed Monitor Collector Excel Based VBA Application that:- Creates a distributable custom application with a simple interface for collecting data for each service provider located at a client's site. - Validates, formats & returns the data monthly to Transitions Group's office for analysis. Developed Monitor Updater Excel Based VBA Application that:- Creates individual tracking Monitors for each client with details and summarized views of the measures graphical representation of progress.- Automatically imports monthly data files into specific clients' Monitor, seamlessly adding any new service providers. Greenhouse Reporter Dashboard Application:- Created a VBA Application based on an Excel Workbook that provides a central storage locale and visual dashboard for collection and analysis of Company Metrics. - Sets up the hierarchy of the tracking data and stores a list of details on each item including values for goal and actual results for each month where tracking that data is applicable. - Permits Subsections of the Greenhouse to be exported and maintained separately and then re-imported for summarized reporting. - Customizable Reports can be defined and generated on the data that has been captured in the Greenhouse. Currently Reports for Period, Quarter and Year-To-Date have been defined with options to compare Actual results to Goal, Last Year or no Comparison. - Provided functionality to copy all of the tracking elements to the next year eliminating the time and risk of error that would exist to create a new year manually. - Designed to permit the importation of some or all data elements from other company worksheets, potentially reducing the amount of effort required to track the data to be reported.

Primary support for I90 Policy Management System, an RPG/400 Property and Casualty Insurance application, troubleshooting issues and providing enhancements. Provided expertise and developed applications including:• VB.NET applications that:- transfer, format and send Insurance reporting data to Insurance Bureau of Canada; - import, format and export PaySpecialist extract to mainframe Payroll application eliminating manual process.• COGNOS Impromptu reporting process for Seibel CRM data standardization. Extracted and validated detailed financial data from ORACLE, PRMS, LAWSON and SUN systems to support audit requirements for CRA, Provincial and International Tax agencies.Created ‘Banking Management’ application in MS-Access to manage and report on all details of all international Bank Accounts and all Individuals related to those accounts. Developed ETL process for Cartesis from GL, HR and banking systems using SQL and DTS package.• Developed Portfolio Reporter application for product/account performance and profitability analysis. Excel VBA interface provides ad hoc reporting and drill down capabilities. Developed queries, views and stored procedures using SQL Query Analyzer and built DTS package to extract raw data from Ovation Banking System stored in SQL Server Database. • Created FTE Reporter Excel VBA application to measure employee counts compared to budget and post merger plans.
