At Trustly, I was responsible for building the US Implementation & Support functions from the ground up. In addition to building the team, I used my experience to create a top-notch technical sales, go-to-market, and implementation process. I created the externally-facing product documentation and reference implementations. I determined what partners we needed to build a 16x5 support organization over chat, email, and phone. I coordinated sales and support activities with other parts of the organization. I determined all reporting requirements and set up a regular cadence to distribute Implementation & Support status reports.

At Broadridge, I provide consultative design solutions for the implementation of BRCC Communications Cloud. I collaborate with the Digital Solutions and Sales Team to provide demo’s, design technical solutions that support client objectives, and anticipate future client needs.

Affirm is disrupting the credit space! At Affirm, my primary focus is Enterprise Technical Sales. I will work with my Enterprise Sales and New Venture partners to help prospective clients understand to optimize their Affirm integration to maximize conversion and remove any technical hurdles during the sales process. We are often having conversations across a clients entire organization - from individual contributors to C-level executives. I'm also responsible for coordinating feedback from Enterprise clients to our Product organization to drive future product innovation. I will often provide internal updates to cross-functional support teams and exec staff for high-profile deals.

At Visa, I created a team that is responsible for technical sales and implementation management of Visa Checkout with key clients. The team itself was responsible for:- Technical sales support, which includes documentation of implementation requirements for clients and creation of custom sales demo’s.- Project management and technical support for key merchants, issuers, and partners integrating Visa Checkout.- Collaboration with Product and Technology to refine feature requirements and create reference implementations of new features.- Coordinate processes and support for teams in other regions.My personal responsibilities were:- Create demo’s of Visa Checkout on client sites using HTML and a custom Java framework.- Collaborate with the Sales team on technical sales conversations, helping clients understand specific technical requirements to implement Visa Checkout into their platform.- Provide feedback to Product and Technology on proposed feature requirements, especially as it relates to client feedback and competitors offerings. As an Integration Consultant I provide consulting services and support for merchants who wish to accept PayPal on their website or on eBay. I also work with internal product teams on the direction and requirements for future products that Large Merchants might use.
