And on July 1, 2007, we began our operations under our company name, Medical Risk Services, Inc. At the time of acquisition we represented roughly 1,200 physicians in Illinois and the Border States. Since our inception, MRS has grown organically through our superior knowledge and customer service. We are now one of the largest independently owned physician brokerage firm in Illinois, representing roughly 3,500 physicians in 10 states. MRS, represents some of the largest physician groups in the Midwest through traditional insurance placements as well as captive programs and risk purchasing programs. Currently, we represent the country’s largest independent orthopedic, infectious disease and cardiovascular surgery groups. In 2013, MRS established a risk purchasing group for one of the largest clinically integrated independent physician network in the country.
