I have just completed a fantastic period of time with London Borough of Enfield who engaged me in a number of assignments but most of all gave me opportunity to play a major role in their transformation programme (E2017), leading on the defining, designing and implementing of one of the most ambitious digital platforms in local government using Microsoft Dynamic CRM/ADX plus leading their programme on AI in conjunction with IP Soft to assess the potential for cognitive assistants using natural language in a public sector environment
