Designed company’s first quarterly financial supplement providing investors with additional information between annual audits including various fiscal reports (both GAAP and Non-GAAP), metrics, and tenant information. Led accounting and audit functions for multiple entities during the growth of Devonshire from $87M to $517M AUM and revenue growth from $4M to $55.5MManaged accounting conversion of Devonshire Fund to REIT and internalization of the management company. Recruited, mentored, and developed strong finance team members ultimately promoted to management and C-level leadership positions.
