Created all solution development plans, governing frameworks and process groups, test management plans, led all engineering, development, and testing staff, directly reporting progress and issues to executive leadership throughout the successful implementation and transition to operationalization of a major GIS system for the US Federal government. Served as the single point of contact and leader for all field and office staff for the geographically distributed, multi-site, multi-phase project that had activity loci throughout the state. Earned a Contractor of the Month award and a letter of commendation from the US Navy for production of advanced geospatial visualizations, qualitatively changing the level of product quality the company delivered.
