With over twelve years of experience in managing retail automotive parts and services, I am a leader who combines technical expertise, business acumen, and customer focus. I currently oversee the body shop operations of a Fix Auto location that is a part of the Steele Auto Group, one of the largest and most diversified auto dealer groups in Atlantic Canada.In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the collision repair center, as well as maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty. I leverage my skills in negotiation, warranty, sales, and business analysis to optimize the performance and growth of the body shop. I also have a proven track record of implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing revenues. Trained as an automotive technician and a lifelong learner, I am always looking for ways to improve my knowledge and skills, and to share them with my team. I am a hands-on leader who is not afraid of getting my hands dirty and who values collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
