Assumed the role of Manager, Program Integration Office (PIO). Leads a team of 16 in the planning and execution of $1.8B in Emirati funded construction. Additionally, this positions leads the enforcement of US State Dept rules and regulations for construction support activities and leads the direct negotiations between the United States and government representatives for the United Arab Emirates with respect to the GCC defense agreement.

Managed 265 military and civilians in support of a $62M Operations and Maintenance program for the Buckley AFB. Directed 63K man hours for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Heavy Equipment, and Prime Power productions supporting 173 facilities across 932 acres. Organized process improvements to maximize personnel and increase capabilities leading to the Operations flight being selected as the top in Air Force Space Command. Led the professional development of 53 Engineers culminating in 26 promotions. Led cooperative efforts to enhance the installations ability to support and executes its $32B missile warning and detection mission for the Department of Defense.

Managed $16 million dollar infrastructure portfolio. Oversaw the planning and execution of $714K furniture acquisition contract. Negotiated with multiple vendors in the design/selection of material, established performance metrics for development and delivery, scheduled personnel movements in conjunction with delivery. Managed a team of 8 personnel in the management of day to day activities to include tenant move-in/out, facility inspections, cleanliness of 8 acre property. Managed and executed $76K annual budget. Led the development of the USAF's first property management application for Android, Google, and Apple platforms. Coordinated the USAF-wide implementation of facility maintenance applications in the enterprise level application platform.

Managed 48 military and civilians, supporting a $43M annual construction program. Leads the planning and programming of $2.7B in future projects, coordinates environmental impact analysis with local, state and federal agencies. Executes the commanders vision in support of HQ AF directives and strategic planning. Oversees 10-yr base Master Plan through the consolidation of 92 agency priorities and developing strategic guidance for program execution. Recognized with 3 quarterly performance awards and 1 annual award for performance.

Managed 12 NCO instructors/2 civilians. Instructed 200 Non-prior service Airmen annually on automated drafting fundamentals, construction survey techniques, and AF contingency operations. Trained 300+ NCOs annually on construction inspection, project design, project programming, and project management. Develops Plans of Instruction for 6 AF courses. Coordinated with AF level leadership to maximize the core utility of the career field solidifying war readiness across the enterprise. Facilitated $1.2M technical refresh for 1400 engineers across 96 global locations.

Senior Enlisted Advisor to the primary engineering unit tasked with advising Afghan government on the planning, programming, execution, and completion of major construction activities associated with the central government. Responsible for advising the Commander on enlisted matters, representing 1,300 enlisted personnel assigned to 30+ locations across the country. Was tasked to conduct a US State Department Audit of Afghan fiscal responsibility in relation to $750M NATO/US funded construction program. Led a 12 member team to determine the allocation of taxpayer funds and prepared a detailed report for US Senatorial staffers to be included in the annual report on Afghanistan corruption. Was awarded the United States Corps of Engineers Bronze De Fleury Medal for my efforts and is currently the only enlisted member in the USAF to have been awarded this prestigious honor.

Managed 59 projects valued at $618M. Career field lead responsible for the training, professional development, and personal guidance of 13 enlisted men and women. Deployed 5 times to various locations around the world to lead construction efforts in the Middle East. Consistently recognized and rewarded for superior performance.

Key liaison between US Army Corps of Engineers and USAF/AFCENT leadership for Al Udeid AB. Negotiated the development of a $2B Congressionally funded construction program, which was the largest single MILCON program at the time. Facilitated the construction of two 750 room dormitories ($32M), 1/2 miles of aircraft taxiway ($4.2M), Special Operations command and control facilities ($6M), 1 aircraft maintenance hangar ($32M), 1 aircraft maintenance facility ($56M) and 1 aircraft parking ramp complete with 4 miles of fuel lines ($165M). Additionally, coordinated the design of 27 additional facilities and secondary runway valued at $975M.

Served in multiple positions such as construction surveyor, GIS technician, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Evaluator. Led survey crews in the layout of multiple military construction projects, digitized Charleston AFB from AutoCad mapping to ESRI products controlling installation metadata and generating strategic decisional products. Managed multiple teams in the execution of $12M in facility construction, and managed 6 service contracts valued at $7M enhancing Charleston AFB for post 9/11 operations.
