With the support of the sales team and management, I have progressed in my career with Redox, first starting as a Sales Consultant and being promoted to Representative. This has been achieved through nurturing and growing my client portfolio. Success has been found by targeting customers that had little knowledge of who Redox are and how we can source and supply the raw products and materials they require for their industry, as well as small business operators and new enterprises.Key targeted areas for growth were in pool chemicals and water treatment, natural home and personal care, and food and beverages. Success has also been found overseas, having been assigned the Account Manager for the Pacific Islands, especially with a number of business in Fiji having provided a great opportunity to help grow the reach of Redox within the region.I have taken on Product Management role along the way, locating forging strong relationships with a new suppliers for a product that had not previously had been sourced in the past.
